A monthly celebration of visual and performing arts, is held the second Friday of each month at over 40 locations throughout Arcata.

Held during the evening on the first Saturday each month. Between 6 pm and 9 pm, tourists and resident alike make their way along the waterfront and the Old Town sections of Eureka, where dozens of historic galleries and businesses showcase the works of artists. With food and drinks given out by local businesses.

- Trinidad - Clam Beach Run, Feb 4, The Clam Beach Run is known as one of the world's most scenic running events, beginning in Trinidad, crossing through the Little River and ending after a five mile stretch on Clam Beach. (707) 677-1610

- Perilous Plunge, March 9-10, F Street Boardwalk, Eureka. Hearty souls in whacky costumes, parade down F Street and then plunge into the freezing waters of Humboldt Bay, during this annual fund raiser. Don't miss the beach party the night before. (707) 443 9694
- A Taste of Main Street, Date TBA, Old Town Eureka, (707) 442-9054. Locations throughout downtown and Old Town Eureka serve samplings of the local cuisine from some of Humboldt County's finest restaurants - live music is be featured at many of the venues, followed by the Big Band Dance at Eureka's Adorni Center.
- Redwood Coast Jazz Festival, March 22-25, Several venues in Eureka offer Four Days of music, dancing and fun. This is one of the country's great small town jazz festivals. With fantastic food AND free bus service to each venue. (707) 445-3378
- Foggy Bottoms Milk Run, March 11, Watch for runners wearing wild bottoms during this family run with 3 different courses through the Ferndale dairy lands and back to Main Street in the Victorian Village. (707) 822-1861
